This is great video by Geuka where he clearly dissects the nature of the hatred directed at blacks. I like how he stays honest and never strays into myth telling as it is so common among Afro-American "community" leaders.
However, while Geuka clearly exposes the nature of the problem, he, like most, hardly provides any solution to the lack of resource facing black organization in the US ( Creflo Dollar is obviously a charlatan and shouldn't be used as a model as this kind of ego-centric corruption is unacceptable).
The solution is to create an elite with already the know how to generate capitals at the core of any movement and the know how to infiltrate every branch of power. Such movement must have some kind of exclusivity where the lowest common denominator of black society is excluded although the action of the elite should eventually benefit the lowest denominator in the long run.

This guy is also my hero as he acknowledges that we must find the best methods for progress irrelevant of who developed the methods. When I said the Medici model was the best model for the advancement of black power in the US, I was criticized for looking up to whitey.

Hi, SlickBeast. Would you please expand on this (below):

The solution is to create an elite with already the know how to generate capitals at the core of any movement and the know how to infiltrate every branch of power. Such movement must have some kind of exclusivity where the lowest common denominator of black society is excluded although the action of the elite should eventually benefit the lowest denominator in the long run.

Q: Create an *infiltrating Black elite* whose secret mission is the *de facto lifting of all Black boats* by instead lifting ALL boats?

In other words, are you saying that any upliftment engineered by this so-called 'missioned elite' should be tailored to uplift *a class* of folk at the lowest denominator position in the society--and this is why you bring up the necessity to *exclude* black society openly?

This elite would be on the *low-low* (as far as the power structure is concerned)?

Q: Are you at all familiar with the *talented tenth* strategy?

To me, you seem to be advocating a form of that system of subgroup upliftment. Thing is, *the capital* nurtured in the talented tenth strategy actually leaned heavily upon the development of *intellectual capital* coupled to economic capital accumulation *multi-generationally*.

Also, this gentleman illustrates that he knows nothing about the meaning of the Willie Lynch letter and kit. You stated that he doesn't draw from 'myth', yet he openly puts the urban legend meaning behind Willie Lynch to his use (and that IS alot of supremacist garbage), so...

Talented Tenth.

Yes all that. It should be done to transcend all sort of divisive differences in the community and done in such away that the community is not even aware that they are being privileged.

I abhor communism and socialist movements and consider them part of the problem not the solution. The mass is a horse and the elite the horseman who harnesses and controls the superior power of the horse. The mass by itself is mindless because while one mind has coherence, the sum of minds is incoherent.

We are in a new era. Those facts give us evidence we can reach the Melanin Tipping Point just by telling the truth. The Melanin Tipping Point is the point at which we go from healing to healed. Mchakato wa Uponyaji is the process of healing. Melanin Is Worth More Than Gold. That fact puts us in a different state mentally. It affects different people differently. What is certain is the Ubuntu paradigm is returning.
Melanin is worth more than gold. The Red, Black and Green is 100 years old. The Afric, official currency of the United States of Africa is worth over $2.
