What's the difference between a black man and a white man
in these bad lands
both plagued with an addiction
to the coca leave and destructable greed,
To get their next hit they'd steal from their seed
Looked upon as rottening flesh their families
mourn and grieve
They are societies misfits to all who see
but no one understands their tragedy
Both are locked in a box cause of these slang rocks
They start going through withdraw so they want to quit but can't stop
Reality is harsh to these fallen stars
Not given a opportunity to a fresh start
So they suck the glass dyck
To feel like they fit
it's easier to stay high embrassing ignorance is their bliss
So can someone please tell me
What's the difference between a black man and a white man
who can't stand
to see the hurt and pain in their mother's eyes
Knowing she can't sleep at night
waiting for her child's demise
Not wanting to see her fatherless child
be this wild
lost in what seems like an eternity of lies
She pray night and day
for her baby to find his way
Cause no amount of memories can replace
her kissing her childs face
or hearing his voice and cries
She pray lord why?
wishing she could turn back the hands of time
to change what made her baby kiss the glass dyck just to try
Killing their chances of a secussful life
With more chances than strikes
Scars of pain shatters their race
and erase
the color lines
Death sees no race, creed, or color just the next life
to confine
on his long list of those to die :deal:
Not caring about age or dreams
he's the end to all ends filled with supremacies
handed down by God
only differences is in who will cry
for these lost souls
death stole.
So
There is no difference between a white man and a black man
filled with the same insecurites
and choices you see.
Death take identities
he knows of no biggotry
