Ain’t nothing like a wake up call !
But you know inferior people will always believe inferior things in efforts to support their superiority dreams. I have a legitimate question though, and this ain’t one of those questions where I think I know the answer and I am just trying to get you to think. I really wanna know what the hell is wrong with black service workers and with no disrespect especially our (women). We are disproportionately rude, ignorant and plain old nasty. Do our people somehow believe that by acting this way they are proving that they are above the job that their education or lack thereof has forced them to take.

Gurl, this poem is the bomb...so right on. Thank you so much for posting. It is always shocking to hear something like this in the corridors of "intellectual" society, but it happens more often than we realize. I remember an incident where my father and I were cleaning a prestigous office owned by a wealthy person of the community. I happened upon a drawing of a black man tied to a tree. He had a HDO because there stood before him, a naked white woman. It was then that I learned that some get a kick out of the way black men respond when they see a white woman. I showed it to my dad and he was furious and embarassed. He cleaned a number of offices and had seen this same picture in another office. He later learned that this picture was being passed around among many business owners. This is sad.

but now that im waking from my mental slumber i am seeing the not so hidden side of "them against us" if you will. hell i already have three strikes against me. I'm, black, I'm a woman, and I am begining to scare the hell outta white folks .....

I feel you.

I am looking for participants in a study to share their experiences as former African American males served as ED/EBD/BD in the southeast. Participants ages 18-35 will be interviewed and given the opportunity to express their thoughts, feelings and impressions of their school years. If interested or for more information please contact me directly. Thanks, Cheryl

Thank you for the welcome. I have a question. I am a doctorate student in need of participants for my study. Is it allowable to post a request for study participants. If so, this is the post that would be uploaded:
