We have all put our love into this community, but love is not enough to keep the lights on. needs your financial help too. We are the oldest, most respectful, online black community in the world. I see this whole situation as primarily one of education and effective action on commercial matters, IMHO.

At best, most of us passed algeba...And Obama's take is on the trig level...Of courage most of us don't know or understand what the heck he's rapping about...Give yourselves more time to just play catch up...FYI...

What I learned from this whole housing market bust fiasco:

1) Save up to buy a house outright before financing.
2) If you do finance, avoid ARMs at all cost.
3) Don't buy more house than you can afford. Buy a house for cheap.
4) Don't pledge i.e. co-sign, security, etc.
5) The stock market is for trading, not investing.
6) Protect and separate yourself from commerce always.
