He was black and she felt that he wasn't supposed to be in her neighborhood. I will post the article but she hit him, when police came she was laughing with them and she didn't get arrested for the assult, no alcohol test, or drug test - She went home the day it happened March 13th, 2012:

Sounds like a solid civil lawsuit against the driver first. The against the city. But it really depends in where she is.. The courts might be just as goodoleboy as the cops.

that's really messed up. another incident gone unnoticed. and the fact that she did not apologize? i wonder why she didnt feel the need to, even after the fact that he clarified that he lives in that neighborhood. smdh!
