Black People : only 4 shootings in Chicago on Friday the 22nd!

There are usually around 15 shootings per day.. but for some reason there were only 4. What happened in Chicago on the 22nd?

Next day though... 18 shootings..


Any Chitown people out there? What was going on in the city on the 22nd?

The areas under control by the Vice Lords are ran a lot tighter then the areas with GD's.

Only about half the shootings in the city are random. If someone comes into VLords turf and commits crime they will be dealt with but you have to find out who did it, then figure when and how to deal with them.

Like we can rob this liquor store but if you rob it we are gonna shoot you for robbing our liquor store.

It isn't always a immediate decision made like over a dice game.

Rest assured a quiet night generally means it's coming.

The thoughts about education and jobs made in other threads is just plain wrong. These cats are committed gang members on the street, "putting in work."
