you know most white people with money need to have things legitimized before they succumb to their cravings:
- Bo Derek legitimized corn rows
- Vanilla Ice legitimized rap...followed by Slim Shady
- Now, Neiman-Marcus is legitimizing collard greens. Now that they have the okay, you will have rich, white people adding collard greens to their menus from now on. We all know how stupid it is to pay $66 for some collard greens...but Neiman-Marcus isn't targeting us; Neiman-Marcus is giving their rich customers the okay to eat collard greens. Which could, indirectly, help us; at least, it could end up helping black-owned soul food eateries. Once they realize that they can go to an "all you can eat," for fifteen-to-twenty bucks, Neiman-Marcus will stop selling collard greens.

Paula Deen been trying to sell collard greens to white people for a long time. lol Neiman Marcus--they must have a Black man or woman up in their administration somewhere for this to happen.

But can white people cook collards as good as Black people?

What next Chitterlings (Chitlins)? Ugh...now them--I can't handle. Dang, Paula Deen been all up in Black folk kitchens stealing recipes and getting rich. What else is new, right? :mad:

Wait...she said "Chitlin's are considered a delicacy..." :lol: Iono 'bout you, but to me, ain't nothing "delicate" about Chitlins. :gas:

i always preferred hog maws.....
