I usually get red bumps on my face. Then they usually come to a head and bleed, then I am left with a dark spot. I have tried every thing and it seems like they wont go away. How can I get rid of them for good? (I have sensitive skin.)

Inside the link below are several remedies other than the two I'm partial toward, ice cubes and apple cider vinegar ...

How to Get Rid of Acne Scars Fast

Acne can be a painful and embarrassing skin condition, and the scars it leaves behind are an unwelcome reminder of that. While most acne scars will fade on their own after several months, there are certain things you can do to help speed up the process and avoid further hyper-pigmentation. Realistically, you will not be able to make acne scars disappear in a single night, but the remedies, products, treatments, and skincare tips outlined below will certainly produce a noticeable difference over time. You just need to find the right method for your individual skin type.

Using Natural Remedies

5
Use an ice cube. Ice is an extremely simple home remedy which can help to fade acne scars by soothing the inflamed skin and reducing redness. To use, just wrap an ice cube in a clean cloth or piece of paper towel and hold it against the scarred skin for a minute or two, til the area starts to feel numb.

    • Instead of freezing regular water, you can freeze some strong green tea in an ice cube tray and use the resulting ice cubes on the acne scars. Green tea has anti-inflammatory properties which complement the cooling effects of the ice.
7
Try apple cider vinegar. Apple cider vinegar helps manage the pH of your skin, improving its appearance over time and helping to reduce the appearance of red marks and scars. Dilute the vinegar to half its strength with water and apply it to the affected area every day with a cotton ball until the scars begin to fade.

Don't focus on the scars. Go to the root of the problem. Then you won't have scars. What you are describing doesn't sound like typical acne. See a professional dermatologist. It will be well worth your while. It's probably something that can be easily treated. And, it will do wonders for your self esteem. Make it a priority. No need to suffer. You owe it to yourself. Good luck.

Hello I am currently in my second year of college for beauty& skincare. I'd like to offer some pearls of wisdom I learned: 1) keep your hands off your face
2)wash your face morning and night
3)try crushing aspirin pills up in water and using as a weekly face wash
4) To effectively get rid of dark marks on brown skin use orange kojic acid soap (it's made from rice, ancient Japanese used it for clear skin)
