This is Pravda....Russian news agency.;) They have their own agenda too.

The African Continent has wealth, their people are intelligent...why continue to let the western world control its wealth. I am tired hearing of who is taking the wealth of black folks. It is time black folks begin to fight for what is theirs. With all the wealth in Nigeria there is no proper energy policy. Hundreds die each year as folks try to siphon off gasolene from trucks. I repeat. The political directorate in Africa has no vision...blaming the west does not cut it. Politcians in Africa are looking out for themselves and friends.....It is time to stop the nepotism, greed and bribery that has so infested the African continent. It is time black folks begin to see that Africa belongs to them and stop playing games.

So what agenda does the Russian have in Africa!
Venezuela, Sudan, Nigeria, Libya, Iran, Iraq what do they all have in common, do you think that it is just chance that they are all in conflict. The West controls communication, banking and arms and are able to sanction any nation for their own purposes and can easily concoct an anti government group in virtually any nation that is not under strict controls. The only chance these African countries may have is to play each power against the other.

'Crwn...come again this argument is as old as the hills. There are African leaders with loads of money in Swiss bank accounts. Most of the African nations have been independent from their colonialist powers for over 50 years. This is a cop out. There are countries in the Caribbean who were slave colonies, are now independent (less than some of these countries in Africa). They do not have a quarter of the resources of some of the African countries (Barbados where I live the only resource we have is our PEOPLE.) yet these Caribbean islands have:

  • Proper housing
  • Adequate water supply for almost all the people
  • Health facilities and adequate care (free)
  • Education free for all children primary to college (free) This country is just 166 sq. miles
There is no excuse for the problems in Africa... IF there were no Western world, and the African leaders continue on the path they are going...the situation would be the same. Proper governance and love for its people is what is needed.

The biblical statement still rings true...WITHOUT VISION THE PEOPLE PERISH.

Forbes Burnham with the help of the CIA bumped off Walter Rodney, Cheddi Jagan was blocked by both the US and Britain until Burnham croaked. Edward Seaga and the CIA came close to bumping off Michael Manley in Jamaica, Haiti has been under sanctions since it became independent more than 200 years ago. Every country in the Caribbean is under some form of domination, furthermore it's not wise to compare small islands many with less than 300,000 people to large nations of millions of people with unique problems. That's kinda like the mayor of a one horse town thinking that he can manage Chicago or NYC.
