Bro. James, are there specific African values that you recommend be learned because there are 52 African countries and I don't think they all believe in the same things, or do thy?

Are these values the same as for Africans who were caught in the slave trade, brought with them to America and the Caribbean islands and were handed down through the generations?

There is a list at this website that I'd like to know what you think about? https://migrationology.com/african-cultural-values-travel-africa-17/ I actually follow Mark Weins on Youtube as he travels around the world eating foods found in different cultures around the world. I particularly enjoyed the segments when he traveled to Africa.

But more importantly, are these the sorts of "values" that you think are important for AAs to learn and, ultimately, practice?

If not them, then what?

For me, I think it's important to be specific and less philosophical--now more than ever. No guessing--no cryptic messages that need decoding--well, maybe some--but knowing exactly what people think is important for us to know and learn when we speak of African values.

No, but too many of our people have accepted a culture that glorifies killing and drug use. We are harming ourselves in very startling ways from drug use, thuggery, and homicidal tendencies. Abdicating our part of the problem will never help us solve it, since just laying blame at white people's feet will not create any change for us. We have to recognize the part we play in our own destruction and fix it. We have to take policing of our neighborhoods into our own hands, and remove the sociopathic/parasitic elements within some of our communities.
On point and on time!!
