What are you talking about? Do you even think how nations or kingdoms come into existence? They come out of necessity. There has never been a time before where creating our own kingdoms or nations is greater than now. We have learned much from mingling with Whites to know that they will never let us prosper or have power under them. Thus the reason all of you are here on this website complaining about how the White system oppresses us in some form. Thus it stands to reason some solution is lying out there waiting to be found. The only one that makes any sense is for Blacks to have their own kingdoms or nations. If other people rule over you they will do so how ever they feel like. This is what is occurring.
There are two independent Black Nations and one with land within the United States that is Gullah Nation and Oyo Tunji. I've been advertising these two great entities for almost two years so if you haven't heard you have been informed now. Gullah Nation is being lead by a woman, Queen Quet. Oyo Tunji is being lead by a man, Oba Adefunmi I. Both have higher cabinets, governments and constitutions. What they don't have is your support of them financially and spiritually. Visit them, go shop at their stores, take your family for a festival, experience African culture, dancing, drums, music, food and fun. They both have websites.
Now as far as the military or police that is a natural progression one day soon our Nations will have police and military. Some things will take a lifetime to achieve but we should be making the steps to do so right away. All excuses are just that excuses. You can't let White Supremacy scare you away from independent thought, speech, planning and action. White Supremacy is a stifling problem but we will prevail if we live every breath towards succeeding in our goals. All the infighting and disagreement is just faithlessness.
