True but religion did not stop us from being pro African, so why should it stop them? After all we are both African?

I BET YOU CALLED SLAVERY A MINUTE ISSUE TOO, JUST BE HONEST TO SAY YOU DONT GIVE A DARN AND AFRICA WILL BE RECOLONIZED BECUASE PEOPLE DO NOT CARE ABOUT EACH OTHER! THE WHITE MAN UNITED TO COLONIZE YOU AND YOU DO NOT HAVE SENSE TO UNITE TOPROTECT YOURSELF FROM COLONIZATION. YEAH 300 CHILDREN IS NO BIG ISH TO NIGERIA View attachment 2808
CAUSE THEY SELL SEX SLAVE CHILDREN BY THE THOUSANDS EACH YEAR TO THE WHITE MAN IN EUROPE!
So you compare the era of slavery which millions died before they even reached land to the disappearance of 300? Please get your argument straight, it's ludicrous not only by its scope but your comparison.
I understand what you are trying to say, but again the nations in Africa were never united... In any era, under any name of the continent used by its native inhabitants, etc. Your argument of now lumping them together for the sake of your idealized unity is currently a non argument because of that. It's simply not so.
But let's go with your ideal... what are you doing about it? And I mean you... You blame and have disdain with your passionate cry for the non involved nations on the African continent for not getting involved because it's a reflection on Africans, then the diaspora is included... since we are also African. The children sold into sex slavery in Europe should be spotted by our cousins in Europe, and the cousins on the American continent are doing what?
So where is the United force of African diaspora on the American continent? Where is this group at? Where is the offices which governs all of the united to combat the oppression? Where is our rallying point?

Deacs has a summarrised analysis. With each successive generation, Nigerians became more pseudo-arabized and pseudo-europeanized and lost the common ground that allowed them to see each other as Africans First. 100 years ago, my great-grand parents never believed that their descendants would become suicide bombers.

Africans used to place more value on ethics rather than literay content of religious texts that incite destruction and killing. The European colonial masters encouraged the adoption of Xtianity and Islam as a tool for divide-and-rule and our deconomic dispossession. All the schools they established in Africa were for that purpose and not for our development. The certificates issued by the schools were meal tickets to a higher material living upon acceptance of a world view that our Gods, Culture and Civilization (and therefore our Goods, Technology &Services) have to be imported.

Martin Luther King and Malcolm X were cut down young. They may have one day learnt that religion is also the deification of a culture of some people at some place and at some time in history.

How can Africa stand up to its true height by the weekly deification of the culture of its oppressors? Mugabe should "drop that name" Robert, so that he can achieve what Nelson could not do for South Africans.

I know this is my first status update since 2020 begin, but all of us agree that 2020 delivered a low-blow
to each of us with the miscellaneous events we have recently seen which brought all of us great displeasure.
