Former US Marshall Matthew Fogg talks about discrimination within the US Justice System Us Marshal Service. He discusses the external and internal bias practiced against the communities of color and against the officers of color within the US Marshal Service nationwide and abroad.

An expert in weaponry, SWAT tactics, hand-to-hand combat, FBI Training, Scuba diving, certified paratrooper methods, forensics, explosive devices, et al, Mr. Fogg, now retired, was a recipient of several awards and accommodations. Mr. Fogg led several teams in pursuit of drug enforcement. In doing so, he began to notice the unfair way that mostly communities of color were disproportionately targeted for drug raids wherein affluent communities where drugs were rampant, were ignored. Mr. Fogg began to stand up to this and found that there was a price exacted on those that dare to speak up against what he calls a deliberate system of ethnic cleansing. Mr. Fogg claims the so-called “War on Drugs,” was a failure from the beginning and its purpose was to control and create a hostile atmosphere where more people of color are imprisoned under the War on Drugs than there were slaves at the time of the Civil War.

Mr. Fogg dared to defy the Blue and Green Wall of Silence resulting in his being put in life threatening positions with no backup. It became clear to him that if he didn’t get out of the Service, he couldn’t guarantee himself a long life. He went out on sick leave and began a lawsuit against the US Justice System Us Marshal Service. The Jury awarded him $4M but the Justice Dept disputed it, changing the award to $300,000. It took 23 years of appeals before Mr. Fogg received the compensatory financial award he deserved. In fact, Mr. Fogg became the first African American to sue the United States Justice system and win.

Listen to his story on my show “Topically Yours,” on the BlakeRadio Network, Rainbow Soul.

I am unclear what the question is? If its... is it possible to sue the US Justice Dept? Matthew Fogg did it and won. However, it took 23 years with several issues still ongoing. You may wish to listen to the show where you might find your questions answered.

To make it clear, Fogg filed against a specific branch of the Justice System, US Marshal Service; the Thread inquires:

Class Action Lawsuit - Against The Justice System?

That would be against the entire Justice System Writspirit. I'd be curious to hear his answer.

Peace In,

The defendants were US Attorney General Ashcroft, Gongalez and Reno. Listen to the show and as I said, you will get your questions answered. He sued the US Justice Dept US Marshal Services for discrimination.

I am looking for participants in a study to share their experiences as former African American males served as ED/EBD/BD in the southeast. Participants ages 18-35 will be interviewed and given the opportunity to express their thoughts, feelings and impressions of their school years. If interested or for more information please contact me directly. Thanks, Cheryl

Thank you for the welcome. I have a question. I am a doctorate student in need of participants for my study. Is it allowable to post a request for study participants. If so, this is the post that would be uploaded:
