Alkaline Lyfe water had helped for me, when you drink it it does detoxify the body, but I would recommend
you not take any supplements if you're going to drink Alkaline Lyfe water. If you want another alternative
You can also use Vitamin D after a meal once a day.

(Going outside during the hot sun also helps to nourish the body and get Vitamin D that way from sweating, just don't overdo it.

I would recommend those of you who be smokin
mary-jane, take a break away from that until this entire thing is over. Your respiratory power needs that added strength in order
to fight off anything that would compromise the body.

I recently quit smoking, and I was having withdrawals for the past
2 weeks, but I'm getting stronger. Your body must get use to being off it for a while so you can rebuild your health.
Exercise! Meditate, play sports, go to the gym,do whatever it is you must to distract you from smoking again
